I'm a tad late to this one, but I want to comment that when its 100 degrees outside and I just bought milk, I get anxious about returning my cart. I was surprised that perishables when it's hot out was not on that list.
A point I had not even considered! Which just goes to show my judgement of these cart-abandoners is probably very often unjustified. Fresh, cold raw sushi-grade ahi on a hot day would make me nervous too.

Hey Jeff! Thank you for the Elizabeth Taylor recommendation. I DID watch Double Indemnity and loved the mood, fashions and twist. I used to think these kind of noir movies were too boring. Turns out when the world shuts down, it makes for the perfect vibe for the tension and sense of impending doom of the genre!
